Great jobs news in Sherwood

As ever the economic news released this week is great for jobs, with the number of jobseekers claimants in Sherwood down by 55% since 2010, and by 6% in the last 12 months alone.

Great employment news in Sherwood

The unemployment rate has dropped to an 11-year low of just 4.8 per cent – down by more than 900,000 since 2010 – according to the latest set of labour market figures out today.

Conservative Party Conference this week made it clear that, whilst Labour fall out amongst themselves and UKIP fall to pieces, the Conservatives are putting ordinary working people first.

Raising £300 for MacMillan

Our Local MP Mark Spencer held a MacMillan Coffee morning on Friday as part of the charity's 'World's Biggest Coffee Morning' Event, at our constituency Association office in Calverton.
